From a start up in 2006, Together Energy rapidly grew to become one of the UK’s leading energy suppliers.
Determined to develop a workplace grounded in the values of dignity and worth, the company adopted a unique recruitment policy primarily employing young people who had been let down by the education system. As a result 88% of staff were from the poorest 10% of postcodes based on the Index of Multiple Deprivation.
Sharing Together Energy’s journey Loop was responsible for the planning and communications activity for many milestones including its appointment as SOLR for OneSelect, investment from Warrington Borough Council, the transition to green energy, the purchase of Bristol Energy, awards and sponsorships. Many media interviews included Channel 4, Martin Lewis, BBC, Skye News as well as working with all the UK consumer journalists, both print and broadcast, on customer issues.
