Loop was engaged to introduce a new concept to Glasgow, Fore Play Crazy Golf, the city’s first combined golf and leisure entertainment destination based in the south-side.

A three month campaign was devised aimed at targeting young professionals, with  carefully timed social engagement key to generating awareness and positioning the venue as the latest place to try in a competitive leisure scene.

Following a launch to the media on the business journey of the owner who had given up a London banking job to open the venue, an exclusive was arranged with Glasgow Live to help build the company’s audiences across its social media platforms and kick-start engagement prior to the venue launch.   This approach was very successful and gained prime positioning for the venue, resulting in 1.7k likes, 3.5k comments and 430 shares from one post alone.  Additional work was undertaken to specifically target students to support a dedicated week day student package with subsequent coverage achieved in key radio and student publications.

Immediately prior to the venue opening, Loop organised a media preview event when full details and images of the new venue were released leading to extensive on and offline coverage in key top-tier identified media.
